i requested a refund in October 2021 for a subscription to cheggstudy that i didn’t get cause they never got the money for the subscription and turns how apple never transferred the money to them so i couldn’t use the subscription at all and apple accepted the request and till now i still did not get my money back it’s been nearly a year and i still want my money back

Please look for the credit note from Apple as proof of refund. On the credit note, it should also tell you which payment method was used to make the purchase. Then you can reach out to your bank or financial institution and ask them if they see a refund transaction from Apple.
