Cancel Monthly subscription fee - I do not have access to the device

I would like to cancel the subscription to apple.com/bill Itunes.com IE please. My son installed it without my permission and as he is dyslectic, he is unable to follow the instructions. I have now managed to log into apple on my Windows PC and would like to cancel the monthly bill please.

Can somebody please assist
