I bought more storage and it still says full

Why is my storage not switching to the Tb I bought ? Hence still saying storage full

The storage that says it's full might be your iPhone Storage which is entirely different from your iCloud Storage.


Your iCloud Storage does not work as an extension of your iPhone Storage. What it stores are your iCloud backups and other data that you sync at iCloud that you can access across all your devices.
