You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password (?).

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

You can also try going to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to locate the Apple ID. Hit the look it up link then enter your first and last name, and email address.

Once the Apple ID is located, your next step is to reset the password:

And go to the section:

Start a support request

If you need help removing Activation Lock and have proof of purchase documentation, you can start an Activation Lock support request.

If you have no proof of purchase, Activation lock won't be removed. This is set in place to make sure that the phone is only going to be unlocked for the owner of the device
