Weird circle on the back of iPhone 13 Mini

Hi everyone, i've just bought an iPhone 13 Mini.

Next day, i plan to apply a tempered glass, unfortunately i found a flaw on the back of my iPhone. Weird circle under the Apple logo appear after i wiped with a little bit damp cloth.

Is it one of the failed product?
