Random capitalizing of letters

I could use some help before I lose my mind. Every once in a while my MacBook will randomly capitalize a letter. I have trouble getting into some accounts because the passwords are all a mix of lower and upper case letters.


Suggestions?!

An external keyboard is a work around....


You do not say what exact Mac?

You do not say what macOS?


You can try a safeboot and compare your results.
