Your iPhone can’t be hacked, except by someone who has physical possession of it. However, your Apple ID can be hacked by anyone who knows your Apple ID email address and password. See→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

Where do you see all different certificates? The only certificates on your phone should be in Settings/General/Certificate Trust Settings. If you go there you shouldn’t see any certificates, only the Trust store and Asset Version. You should also go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and there should be no profiles. If there are any tap on them and delete them.
