Hi, I'm a student from Bangladesh and soon I will go to Malaysia for a vacation and I am planning to buy MacBook air. So, my question is can I get student discount by showing my university id card?

No. Student Discounts require you be attending a university in the country you are buying the device in that is part of the discount program with Apple.
