How do I download my icloud emails on a chromebook?

You can add icloud email to the Gmail app on a Chromebook.

You will need to turn on two-factor authentication for your Apple ID if it is not already on. See: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

And you will need to use an app-specific password for iCloud instead of your normal Apple password. See: Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
