I answered a question on my instagram messenger and it immediately went to sign in and I never sign in so I tapped sign in and a brand new instagram showed up. I lost everything so how do I recover my original instagram? Thanks

This isn't an Apple or iphone issue, instagram is not an Apple app.
You need to contact Instagram or look at their support site, possibility your account got hacked.
