Apple wallet not working

I am unable to add any cards to my wallet. Whenever I press the plus button in the wallet app, only this pops up:

I am also unable to set up Apple Pay on this phone.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Thanks for updating us with this information.


If you're still unable to set up a card, check for services outages or connection issues to see if that could be related to what's occurring. In addition, confirm that Apple Pay is able to be set-up with your device and available in your region with the information from the previous post.


Lastly, you'd want to contact your bank or card issuer if you see the message "Could Not Add Card" or "Invalid Card." Apple does not approve or decline cards for use with Apple Pay. If your card was declined, contact your bank or card issuer.


If you contact your bank or card issuer and they state that you should be able to use the card, Contact Apple Support for additional help.
