I submitted an IC3 Form to the feds. This person is actually someone I know. The feds have been on her for awhile for identity fraud, theft, internet thefts, scams, hacking. Thank you!

If you know who that person is, you can report it to your ISP & police. Then they can take action.

Hacking an IP address falls under computer intrusion.

In my region -> You can get a prison sentence of up to 2 years or a fine of up to € 21,750 for computer intrusion. If you change, save or copy someone else's data on your own computer, you can even get 4 years in prison.

It's of course where you live.

You can also ask your ISP for a different IP address.
