auto answer calls

I have the iphone 12 plus max and I am trying to find a way to auto answer calls in 1 second or less. Currently in the accessibilities section it only lets me select 3 seconds or more. Is there a way to change this or is there a good auto answer app for IOS. It seems android has lots of them but I can't find any for Apple.
