Macbook m1air detects external display but external display doesn't shows up .

I connected usb c to (5 in one connector as usb 3.0 ,ethernet, and type c port, hdmi )and hdmi to vga connecter and connected my vga monitor to that 5 in one connector which is connected to macbook m1 air using type c. My macbook detects display and settings appears but dispaly doesn't works. It's just as in state off .

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

Hi,

You should use USB-C to VGA adapter instead.
