Apple Music not working

I am having an issue with my Apple Music. I use family sharing for my subscription, paid for by someone else. It says I have the subscription, but after changing region to get an app and switching back to my home region, the app says I do not have Apple Music. How can I fix this? This is only happening on my phone, my Mac has my library from the last song I added.

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and back in.
