I have an iPhone 12. I'm not receiving pictures sent through a text message. I've made sure the MMS is on. The network is connected and working. I've reset the network. I've signed out and in and also just turned the phone off and on. I'm hoping someone can help.

Messages from Apple iPhones mostly use iMessages and that uses data to transport messages. Messages from Android phones to iPhones uses SMS and MMS technology. SMS/MMS is managed by your carrier. I, therefore, recommend that you contact your carrier to resolve this.

You have done your portion of troubleshooting. Now it is time to contact your carrier and inquire with them. Ensure that your account settings with your carrier are set up properly.

Talk to the recipients. Perhaps they have yet to install updates of their own.

Thank you. Everything else is working fine, so I don't believe it's a carrier problem I do receive pictures from people that have Apple phones. It seems to be an Android problem.
