App no available in region
Trying to download me@walmart app in sandiego California but my iPad says it’s not available in region what can I do to fix this problem?

Apple’s App Stores differ by geographic region - and many Apps are region-specific.

Be aware that purchased Apps are forever tied to both the region and AppleID account from which they are purchased. If you change App Store region, you will lose access to Apps already purchased; Apps can be replaced if available in the selected regional App Store, but you will need to pay again for paid Apps.
Also note that you can change region only once in any rolling 90-day period.
