Problem with app store

Good afternoon, I have a problem with the AppStore. When I try to update the programs, I get a notification "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" after I agree and accept, nothing happens and asks me to accept the rules again.

Cannot accept Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions Hey y’all, ever since iOS 16 I’ve had the problem on my iPad Pro (3rd generation) that I can’t update apps by apple without accepting the terms of conditions. Here the problem: when I press accept it just pops up again in an endless cycle. I tried resetting, logging out etc. It’s a nuisance really because I can’t use a bunch of apple apps now. Is there any solution to this or should I just contact apple support?
