How do I turn off zoom on my Apple Watch three series

I cannot turn off the zoom feature on my Apple Watch because I cannot see the screen because everything is magnified. I do not believe my watch is paired with my iPhone because when I go to the Watch app I don’t see any watch is paired. Can anyone please help me.
