Lost access to apple account

I lost access to my apple id or account after an OS upgrade to my iphone. Since, 3 month, I been to the apple store support 4 times in person, and try so many other thing but all I get is a vicious cycle of waiting 14 days and nothing gets done.

what remedy can I take short of getting off from all apple devices I owned?

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
