I broke my iphone so I'm temporarily using an Android is it anyway to manage my subscriptions using my android

You can manage some subscriptions but not all of them on the Android device.
You can use the Music App to manage your Apple Music subscription.
You can log in to the https://music.apple.com and https://tv.apple.com websites to manage each subscription.
For the rest of the Apple subscriptions and all 3rd party subscriptions charged through your Apple ID, you will need an Apple device signed in to your account, or iTunes on a Windows computer to manage them.
