How long takes to answer ticket to support?
I opened a ticket to iCloud support 5 days ago but there is no answer yet, year I did one and I received an answer in just one day, is this normal today?

It depends upon apple support advisors , if the issue is complicated they might be consulting with their engineering team .
They will answer back hope your problems get solved .
