Bluetooth Global and PAN-NAP Ethernet AutoConnect CarPlay AppleTalk

Updated my MAC and iPhone and have been having the same issues with no resolution. 1.Certificates for Bluetooth global were automatically downloaded and I cannot remove. States link local ASL 2.When I sync my iPhone and try to sync my iMac, Bluetooth Ethernet appears and I am synced to several unknown devices. Note, I cannot unpair (no “I”).=Cannot sync to my Mac laptop3.When I charge my iPhone in my car, CarPlay is automatically connected when I don’t want to pair. My car’s clock reverted back to 1/1/2017 and won’t update. States it can’t connect to server. It’s a 2019 and I am the only owner- States LTE connection when I have had 5g and above connected to that car and I do not have a personal hotspot. Note-I only have a iMac laptop and iphone12mini. I am a school teacher so all this jazz is out of my pay scale and realm. Had my analytics ran and it was above their pay grade.
