Converting word or excel file to be able to print Avery Address labels

I have a MacBook Air. Need to take a list of names and addresses so I can print to Avery Labels.

Suggestions?

I use Avery Design and Print Online. It will import data from Excel files and works very well. See: https://www.avery.com/software/design-and-print/
