Hello again ~ Unfortunately… Apple is the last word on refunds and as *KiltedTim* points out if they have denied your refund you will not be getting one.

When Apple receives your request (if you used the instructions provided in the support article that led you here), they will judge, and let you know via email, if your request is eligible for a refund.
