I have the green lightning bolt on my apple watch, it should be charging, but it isn't. What's wrong?

My apple watch itsn't charging. I've tried restarting it and the logo will not appear. What should I do?

Does anyone know why my apple watch is not charging? I have had my watch on the charger for about an hour now and it is not charging. I have tried to clean the charger and watch off, but that didn’t work. When I hold down the crown, a red lightning bolt shows up, and it shows the time in green. I’m not even able to restart my Apple Watch by holding down both buttons.

Apple Watch isn’t charging I have an Apple Watch Series 3 that I’ve had for about two years, I’ve never had any problems with it but recently for the past two days it will not charge. The green lightning bolt or show up and then it will go red. I have had it on the charger for over 48 hours and I just don’t understand why it is not turning on or charging.
