my mac is beeping and mouse moving by itself when I use excel

Thanks for answering those questions. Since this happens with a third-party mouse, can you test using the trackpad? Does it persist there as well?

Does this beeping and mouse issue happen in safe mode? How to use safe mode on your Mac. If it doesn't, restart after testing in safe mode and then test again.

We would like to ask you a couple of questions in order to get a better understanding. First, how many beeps do your hear when this issue happens? Does the beeps sound off during startup? Second, does this issue happen with only Excel or does it happen with other applications? Finally, are you using a Magic Mouse or third party mouse? If Magic Mouse, is the device fully charged? Also, has the mouse suffered any physical or liquid damage?
