I dont have an Apple devise how do I family share my apple TV account

To set up Family Sharing, at least one group member must have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac. That person would take on the role of organizer, and invite the others. The subscriber to the shareable subscription can be anyone in the group; it doesn’t have to be the organizer.
