Lost my video library on my iPad pro

Can’t access my video library since the latest update. All I get on Apple TV app is Apple TV, there is no response on pressing the library arrow. As I don’t subscribe to the TV I want to watch one of my purchases. It’s ok on my phone so what’s happened here?

Are they using the same Apple ID?
