Braided watch band stretching

Has anybody else seen their braided watch band stretching out over time? Now mine doesn't record accurately because there is sometimes too much room between the band and my wrist. It was an expensive purchase and shouldn't stretch like that.

Watchband is stretched out. I bought the watchband that just slides over your hand--I had to give them a size. It worked fine for about six months then seemed to get stretched out. It's gotten progressively worse. Now, If I want to use it for running, I have to duct tape it to my wrist. Very attractive-NOT. This was not a cheap watchband. Well, it turns out it IS a cheap watchband; I just paid a lot for it. Very disappointed.

Any expandable item is going to stretch out over time no matter how much it costs.

Are you sure it is stretched? I had a problem where mine was loose but it was actually because I had lost weight and the size of my wrist had gone down.
