Do you mean you want to remove your credit card from Wallet?

If so, Tap Wallet -> then tap on your card -> then tap settings (… dots at the top right of the screen) -> then scroll down -> Remove this card.

So, remove it.

I would like my credit card information removed from Apple Pay and apple wallet. I do not use this service.
