My iphone model number is start from N. And i listened that if model number start from N means that ur dilsplay pannel or vattery is change by Apple. Is it true?

There is no way to know if, or what work may have been done. As above, it simply indicates that Apple provided it as a replacement, either as warranty coverage, or an out of warranty replacement.
