Why doesn't command Y allow me to quick view pdf files anymore. It just brings up a small icon of the first page and it's so small you can't even read what's on it. I use to be able to preview all the pages of a pdf in full view.

You can try booting into Safe Mode, then restart normally. That fixed the problem for most people.
I never knew cmd-Y was QuickLook. I just use the spacebar.
Search the community here for similar problems. I have seen posts about getting thumbnails in QuickLook, but it is not a widespread problem.
Wow, that totally worked. I didn't realize command key shortcuts were something that could be affected in this way. Thanks for the help!
