Once added to a device, you can also Request and activate a titanium Apple Card

To use your Apple Card with iTunes, it needs to be added to your Apple ID, which is provided in the steps of the first article: "Tap Add Card, then Follow the steps to select Apple Card. If you're asked to add the card that you use with your Apple ID, cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose Apple Card."

If those steps don't work, you need to contact Apple Support and speak to the billing department for help with your account: Apple Support.
