My iPhone 12 suddenly started getting extremely hot to the touch after a few minutes of use! What is wrong with it? Battery? Or what?

Check with battery health in your device settings if it looks fine, refer apple blog this will help you out If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support (IN)
