Left AirPod Pro doesn't work

I received the air pods pros, but the left air pod doesn’t work. They were brand new.

I tried to reconnecting them (forgetting the device), they are 100% charged, and I tried everything on the internet still nothing. When I place it in my ear it doesn’t make the sound and I’m unable to use the noise canceling function because it won’t work. What should I do?

If they are brand new then they are still covered by warranty
