I have an iPad (6th generation) 9.7” and I also have a Wacom Creative Stylus 2.
I know it works but not very well in Bamboo Paper (unusable). I’d like to know what app actually works so I can take notes on my iPad

For third party stylii, you'd be better off selecting smart bluetooth stylii from Adonit.
Adonit has many smsrt, bluetooth stylii that work with all base model 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th gen iPad models and have many more compatible, third party apps that work with them.
Wacom has NEVER had a good, active or smart, bluetooth stylii that work with Apple iPads, ever!

As with many third-party active stylus’, the Wacom offering is almost entirely dependent upon explicit support being provided by Apps - compatibility by App being something that you can readily independently research.
The only options that will natively work with your iPad are the Apple Pencil, Logitech Crayon and Zagg Pro Stylus.
Perhaps that pencil's manufacturer support team can offer you an appropriate answer.
