Reset disk, internal disk un-deletable?
as shown in the picture, i got a disk that can’t be erased. I’m not even sure if it needs to be deleted? And if I have to deleted, how do I do so?

What is pictured is the Physical drive on which the APFS Volume (pictured just above it in the same grouping of Volumes) containing MacOS is located.

it is possible you are looking at a drive initialized with MacOS 11 or later while using an older version of MacOS, which can not see inside APFS data structures. Although it says uninitialized, it also says child count = 2, indicating other Volumes are present, likely EFI partition and APFS Volume Group.
The MacOS Base System shown is Internet Recovery, which resides in your Mac's boot ROM. It also can not be erased.
Why do you need to erase anything here?
