Hello ~ First of all you are not talking to Apple Support but fellow forum users just like yourself. We haven’t “taken” anything . If you need Apple go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support. Take a look here:

If you don’t see the charge contact your credit card company or banking institution as this may be an indicator of fraud.
