After maxing out ringer with Siri talking, I cannot hear Siri through phones or the speak. When I say, "hey siri" and it responds, I say, "I can't hear" and it replies I'm as loud as I can be. I also check the external rinter swith, and it is on. Don't know what else to do.

I fixed the problem by rebooting the phone. It works now.
