My iphone shows connection to WIFI but in fact has no internet access. I have tried turn off and on the phone, reset the connection but the problem remains. Any suggestion to fix the problem?

Nope. The other devices work well. I’ve reconnected the vpn on that particular device and it’s working now. Thanks for your reply anyway.
