Does a Logitech keyboard have an option and command key?

FWIW, Logitech keyboards for Macs have all three. With Logitech Windows keyboards the Windows key is used for command.

However, depending on what you are used to, a couple of those modifier keys may need to be swapped in the keyboard preference.

You would need to look at the variety of Logitech keyboards available. They may have some that have Option and Command keys however if you find a keyboard you like that does not have those dedicated keys any Windows keyboard will work just fine!
