Change of country from US to Paraguay

Dear Apple support: I had attached my ITunes account to my son’s US address. My balance is around $4 which I am willing to sacrifice so that my account address could be Asuncion, Paraguay where I live. I would like to know what credit cards I could use to continue paying for my $9.99 iCloud storage and my $9.99 Apple News subscription. I do not have a US. credit card. Thank you for your help!

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:

Contact Apple for support and service

Also if you are changing regions take a look through this article as well:
