My apple ID is disabled. how can I enable it?

Hello,

My apple ID is disabled due to a payment method that was not added to my account. I just added a payment method/ debit card but it's still disabled and, I'm not able to update my payment method. Please guide me on how I can add a payment method and enable my account.
