When I create a new event in the calendar of my iPhone 11Pro, I get a list of suggested shared contacts. How do I delete these suggested contacts?

To the best of my knowledge, the only way to get rid of them would be to restore your phone to factory state. That would purge the cache. But, kind of hunting a mosquito with an elephant gun. Over time, contacts you don't use should get overwritten by those you do.
