Series 4 Watch Display is black
the display on my watch goes in and out. Sometimes black for a good while, but watch continues to be paired, vibrates when incoming calls, etc.
Any ideas on how to fix?

It sounds like there might be a hardware problem with the screen. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
