How can I update my iOS

You have an iPhone 6 and it can only be updated to iOS version 12.5.5. It will never update to higher iOS version(s).

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About: Here, find out which iOS version has been installed.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings. Note that an iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above.
