How to download and install over cellular data?
If you have a 5G compatible iPhone (12, 13 or 3rd Generation SE) and have your settings arranged to allow it you just go to Settings > General > Software Update.
If you have a phone using LTE you need to check with your cell service provider to see if they allow it and how to set it up to do so.
