My phone face lock not working
iPhone X, iOS 16
The article above says that you need to make sure that your iPhone's iOS is the latest one, which is 15.5. Then try setting up your Face ID again.
If it still won't work, most likely the issue is hardware related and the iPhone would need to brought in for service
