Unable to add payment method

Attempts to add payment method have been unsuccessful. After adding all the details, there's no "add", "submit" or "enter" button.

Am I missing a step?

If you are a member of a Family Sharing family, only the organizer's payment method can be used.


If you aren't in Family Sharing, some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -


If necessary, contact iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
